The roles available include:
- Sales Support Co-ordinator VIC
As part of our growing team, you will represent Dealer Drive in your allocated territory and hold ownership and accountability for the financial performance of your designated region. You must be well-presented and display a strong passion for selling and delivering exceptional customer service, which includes nurturing and strengthening existing customer relationships. Candidates must also demonstrate strong initiative and a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
Extensive knowledge of the automotive industry is required and experience in both wholesale and retail is advantageous but not essential. In return, you will enjoy the flexibility of working autonomously – from home and on the road.
Looking to become a Dealer Drive 'Product Specialist'?
As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing Dealer Drive customers in your region, including a combination of regular face-to-face, telephone and online communication as required.
- Providing the highest level of customer service and ongoing support to all new and existing customers of Dealer Drive.
- Providing initial product set-up and ongoing training and support to all Dealer Drive customers within your region.
- Ensuring all existing Dealer Drive customers are actively using the product to its full potential; taking advantage of all the features and benefits.
Looking to become a Dealer Drive 'Business Development Manager'?
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
Account Management:
Growth:

Identifying and securing new sales opportunities through existing customer automotive groups and through new lead generation initiatives.

Developing and delivering high quality sales proposals and client presentations.

Working closely with National Sales Director and other regional Business Development Managers to identify and develop cross-territory sales opportunities.

Developing & coordinating structured marketing campaign initiatives, in conjunction with Marketing, to promote Dealer Drive awareness, market products & specific campaigns.

Building and maintaining strong Dealer Drive brand presence in your region through effective networking efforts.

Exploring developments within automotive and online industries for benefit of Dealer Drive and its customers.

Developing associations in key business areas, i.e. third party vendors.
Administration/Reporting:
-
Providing weekly/monthly sales and pipeline reporting and client project updates.
-
Ensuring all operational and sales/marketing strategies and processes are implemented and adhered to in your region.

Achieving budgeted sales and profit targets for your region, whilst controlling/minimising overheads.
